Purpose
Artemis Adolescent Healing Center aims to publish accurate, clear, and current information. This policy explains how readers can report a possible error and how the editorial team handles corrections.
What We Review
We review reports involving factual errors, outdated clinical or safety information, inaccurate descriptions of Artemis services, incorrect contact or location information, broken or mismatched citations, authorship or reviewer attribution, and statements that could mislead a reader about treatment, admissions, insurance, or expected outcomes.
How Corrections Are Handled
- The editorial team identifies the page, statement, source, and publication or review date.
- When clinical judgment is involved, the issue is referred to an appropriately qualified clinical reviewer.
- If a material error is confirmed, the page is corrected and its update date is revised. A correction note may be added when the change materially affects the meaning, safety, or interpretation of the page.
- Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, or link repairs that do not change meaning may be corrected without a separate notice.
Report a Possible Error
Use the Contact page and include the page URL, the text you believe is inaccurate, the reason for the concern, and any supporting source. Do not submit emergency or time-sensitive clinical requests through the corrections process.
